iPlanIt Meetings was founded in 2005 by Tammy White, with Stacey Pina joining in 2006. Now in business for nearly 15 years, the iPlanIt team manages approximately 30+ meetings per year and are responsible for a variety of services based on the individual needs of the client. Meetings range from 50 to 5,000 people.

Stacey Pina is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and brings over 18 years of Convention Sales experience in the hotel industry. With a specialty in both corporate and association meetings, Stacey understands the needs of both the hotel and the meetings customer which leads to successful negotiations and a proactive approach to meeting logistics.
Tammy White is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and has been a meeting planner for over 29 years. Before starting iPlanIt, Tammy worked as the Director of Meetings and Exhibit Manager for large, international professional and trade associations. With a long history working with not-for-profit organizations, Tammy has a real understanding of having to work within a budget and loves to come up with creative solutions and work outside the box.
